Organizations control what information they choose to enter.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When using the Platform, we may collect:

• IP address and general geolocation
• Usage logs and feature interaction
• System performance analytics

This is used to operate the service and improve reliability.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Platform
• Process and display data as configured by Organizations
• Enable analytics and performance insights

• Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

We do not use customer data for advertising or marketing targeting.

4. Organizational Control Over Data

Organizations maintain administrative control over:

• Which users can access team and student information
• Which content is public vs. private
• How rosters, media, or analytics are shared internally

Sports AI Nation processes data only as necessary to provide the Service.

We do not sell personal or student data.

We may share limited data:

• With service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors)
• With Organization-authorized users

We retain data for as long as an Organization actively uses the Platform.

Upon termination, Organizations may request export of program data. We may retain certain data as required for:

• Backup integrity
• Audit logging

We do not retain data for marketing or resale purposes.

8. Student Information

Sports AI Nation provides tools that support compliance with FERPA and similar student privacy regulations.

Responsibility for:

• What student data is entered
• Whether parental consent is obtained
• Who is granted access

rests with the educational institution using the Platform.

We do not independently verify student identity or instructional legitimacy.

9. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The Platform is not intended for direct use by children under 13.

Organizations are responsible for:

• Obtaining appropriate parental or guardian consent
• Entering information about minors consistent with applicable law
