Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sports AI Nation ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sports AI Nation is an athletic program management platform providing:

• Team and roster management
• Game scheduling and live scoring
• AI-powered analytics and insights
• Video analysis and film room capabilities
• Public-facing team pages
• Communication and collaboration tools

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. When you register:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use

4. Organization Data & Control

Organizations maintain administrative control over their data within the Platform, including team information, athlete profiles, schedules, uploaded media, and other content they enter.

Sports AI Nation may process and store data solely for the purpose of providing the Service and improving the platform.

Sports AI Nation does not sell student or organizational data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. License to Provide the Service

By using the Platform, Organizations grant Sports AI Nation a limited license to:

• Host, process, and display uploaded information
• Generate analytics and insights
• Store and transmit media files
• Create anonymized or aggregated performance metrics

This license exists only to provide the Service and does not grant ownership over customer content.

6. Data Export

Organizations may request export of their program data in a machine-readable format. Reasonable processing time may apply.

Sports AI Nation may retain backups or transactional logs as required for security, legal compliance, or audit purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Collect user information without consent

8. Student Privacy

Sports AI Nation provides tools that support school compliance with FERPA and similar regulations. Organizations are responsible for determining which users may access student or athlete information.

Sports AI Nation does not independently verify eligibility or legal authority of users added by the Organization.

9. Third-Party Services

Sports AI Nation may use third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, video streaming, payment processing). These providers are restricted to processing data as needed to operate the Service.

Organizations acknowledge that standard technical partners may process limited metadata, infrastructure logs, or content necessary to provide functionality.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Nylaan Technologies LLC, d/b/a Sports AI Nation, and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. SPORTS AI NATION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF INFORMATION, OR AVAILABILITY.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPORTS AI NATION IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO ANY ORGANIZATION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Organizations may terminate their account at any time and request data export.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
