User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Sports AI Nation platform ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.

1. User Types and Roles

1.1 Organization Administrators

Administrators have authority to:

• Configure the Organization account
• Manage roles and permissions
• Control access to student and team data
• Approve or revoke platform users

Administrators are responsible for ensuring their Organization's use complies with applicable laws and policies.

1.2 Staff Users (Coaches, Directors, Assistants)

Staff users:

• Are granted access by their Organization
• May only access information necessary for legitimate operational purposes
• Must maintain confidentiality of student and roster information
• May be removed at any time by the Organization

1.3 Individual Users (Athletes, Parents, Fans)

• You must be at least 13 years old, or use the Service under parental consent
• You agree to provide accurate information
• You will not misuse or attempt to access restricted data

2. Organizational Control Over Data

Organizations retain administrative control over:

• The information they upload
• Who can access, modify, or publish data
• Which content is public vs. private
• When their data is deleted or exported

Sports AI Nation processes and stores data solely to provide the Service.

We do not:

• Sell student or Organization data
• Use data for advertising
• Monetize user information

3. Responsibilities of Users

3.1 Account Security

Users agree to:

• Keep login credentials confidential
• Use a strong and unique password
• Enable multi-factor authentication where available
• Notify us of unauthorized access

3.2 Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Upload offensive, harmful, or illegal content
• Harass or threaten others
• Impersonate individuals or misrepresent identity
• Attempt to access data without authorization
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform

3.3 Sensitive Information

Users with access to athlete or student information must:

• Handle such information responsibly
• Follow district or organizational policies
• Respect privacy rights

Organizations — not Sports AI Nation — determine who has access.

4. Consent to Platform Features

By using the Platform, you acknowledge:

• Your Organization controls access to data
• The Platform may generate analytics and derived insights
• Communications related to service operation may be sent to you
• Some platform features use machine learning or automated analysis

Sports AI Nation does not make educational, medical, or legal decisions on behalf of any Organization.

5. Termination of Access

• Users may request account termination
• Organizations may revoke platform access at any time
• We may suspend accounts for violations of this Agreement, security threats, or unlawful use

Upon termination, data handling is governed by the Organization and our Privacy Policy.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, parties agree to:

• Attempt resolution in good faith
• Escalate to administrative leadership if applicable
• Seek mediation if needed

For Organizations, jurisdiction follows the Terms of Service. For individual accounts, Michigan law applies.

7. Modifications

We may update this Agreement. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
